Ground Two-Day Air  

Ground shipments to US and Canadian destinations are delivered using UPS. Ground shipping usually takes 3 to 6 business days to reach their North American destination.

 2 Day air shipments are delivered by UPS Air. Air shipments usually take 2 business days to reach North American destinations. If the destination is not close to a major metropolitan city it may take 3 business days.  
International Orders via Surface Post International Processing Speed International Orders via UPS Air

All of our products can be sent to most international countries by Surface Post from our Canadian warehouse. The shipping time can take from 6-12 weeks but it offers the most economical delivery method. There are some countries that we cannot send by Surface Post and for those we use UPS Air. UPS Air usually takes 3-4 business days depending on customs. You may incur duties and/or taxes upon delivery. For more information see our Easy Shipping FAQ.

We ensure speedy processing and shipping of your order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders that arrive after 11 a.m. PST will be processed the next business day.

UPS Air will handle all orders for our International customers not supported by Surface Post International. International UPS Air deliveries take about 3 to 4 business days depending on customs.
